Who we are

getairap.com (“we”) is operated under the personal brand getairap. Contact: support@getairap.com.

What we collect

Account: email and login identifiers you provide (and profile basics if you use a sign-in provider).
Photos you upload: the face photos you add to make a video.
What you create: topic text, generated lyrics, and the videos we render for you.
Payments: processed by Waffo Pancake; we receive order details, not your full card number.
Technical / usage data: device, browser, IP, and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To render your videos: your photos, topic/prompt, and settings are sent to our AI providers to write lyrics and generate the lip-synced video.
To run your account: credits, orders, and support.
To keep the service safe: checking submitted topics/photos and generated lyrics/video for prohibited content, and reviewing flagged requests and reports.
To improve the site: aggregated, non-identifying analytics where enabled.

Our first-party analytics count visits to public pages and verified purchases and refunds by day and pack. They do not use analytics cookies or store account identifiers, photos, prompts, query strings or referrers. Pageview collection honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. A salted IP digest rotates each minute solely to limit automated submissions; it expires after two minutes and is removed by background cleanup. These counts measure events, not unique people.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos to train foundation AI models. Gallery / Demo faces on the site are AI-generated sample people, not user uploads.

Who processes your data

AI providers: generation is routed through the Kie AI API (kie.ai). Your photos, topic/prompt, and settings are sent so OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol can write lyrics and ByteDance Seedance 2.0 (standard version) can generate the beat, vocals, and lip-synced video from your uploads. Paid renders do not run a separate GPT image model on your selfies.
Content screening: SeeAPI receives submitted topics/photos and generated lyrics/video for the input and output checks described in our Acceptable Use Policy. Authorized operators can review flagged requests and safety reports.
Payments: Waffo Pancake.
Hosting / delivery: Cloudflare runs the application, stores account/task records and private media, and delivers the site.
Email: Cloudflare Email sends account and generation-result mail from support@getairap.com. Result links require the account that owns the video.

Each processor only receives what it needs for its job. This Privacy Policy lives on getairap.com only.

How long we keep it

Uploaded source photos and temporary review files are scheduled for cleanup after the task finishes or its review window expires. This cleanup runs in the background.
Approved result videos are kept privately so you can access them until you request deletion or close your account, unless a legal hold applies.
Order, refund and billing records are kept as long as required for accounting, disputes and applicable law. A hash of the normalized signup email and a record of first-song use can remain after account deletion to prevent repeated new-user offers. The hash is still treated as personal data.
You can request deletion of photos, videos, or your account at support@getairap.com.
Operational alerts retain task/order references and safe status codes for up to 90 days. Alert emails go to our support team and do not contain your photos, prompts or password-reset links. Daily anonymous totals are retained for up to 365 days. These records are pruned by background cleanup.
