Agreement

By using getairap.com you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Operator: getairap (personal brand / individual). Contact: support@getairap.com.

You must be at least 18. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

We provide a digital web service that generates short AI lip-synced rap videos from photos you upload (duo by default). The default stage is Studio Booth. Output quality and likeness depend on your uploads; results are not guaranteed to be perfect.

New song-credit purchases are temporarily paused. You may preview photos and use existing eligible credits. Prices below describe the available packs when purchases reopen.

The service is a digital, intangible product. After confirmed payment, song credits are applied to your account for immediate use, subject to these Terms.

AI models we use

getairap uses third-party AI models via the Kie AI platform (kie.ai). Generation models:

• Photos: your uploaded selfies are supplied to the video model; no separate image-generation step is applied to customer photos.
• Lyrics: OpenAI GPT-6.1 Sol via Kie AI.
• Audio and lip-synced video: ByteDance Seedance 2.0 (standard version) via Kie AI generates the beat, vocals and video together.

Site Demo / marketing sample faces may use other image tools offline; that is separate from your paid uploads.

Marketing stays under the getairap brand only (not “official GPT / Seedance / Kie”). We do not claim endorsement by OpenAI, ByteDance, or Kie AI. Generation usually takes about 5 minutes, but provider load and review can take longer.

Upload rules (also shown under upload slots)

Only upload photos of people who said yes. No minors or public figures without permission.

• Consent: You confirm every person in the photo agreed to be uploaded and turned into a video.
• No minors: Do not upload anyone under 18.
• No public figures without permission: No celebrities, politicians, influencers, or other recognizable public figures unless you have clear rights.
• You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you share the finished video.

Accounts and purchases

• Purchases are one-time song packs with no subscription or automatic top-up.
• Public pricing is shown on the homepage pricing section and on /pricing: First song (new user) $4.9 · Single $9.9 · Duo Pack $49 (10) · Crew Pack $99 (35) · Stage Pack $199 (90).
• New-user intro (when offered): $4.9 for your first song within 24 hours of signup, one per person; then $9.9 per song (Single). No watermark on paid renders.
• Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. We do not store full card numbers. Card statements may show a getairap / Waffo Pancake descriptor depending on the payment method. Privacy and Terms are hosted on getairap.com only.
• Failed renders do not consume song credits. A pack is paid for once; a failed generation returns the reserved credit and does not automatically refund the pack purchase.
• Each purchase is a one-time authorization for the amount shown at checkout. Prices may change; the price at checkout applies to that purchase.
• Purchased song credits do not expire while your account remains open (unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase).

Billing and refunds

Contact support@getairap.com for billing and refunds (include account email + transaction / order ID). We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Eligible / how we handle money:

• Failed or rejected generation: the reserved song credit is returned. An unresolved submission stays reserved while its status is checked. The original pack payment is unchanged.
• Duplicate charge or clear billing error: full refund of the erroneous charge.
• Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: you may request a full refund if no song credits from that purchase have been used.
• Statutory rights: where applicable law grants withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.

Generally non-refundable:

• Credits already used for a successful render (or otherwise consumed).
• Purchases after the 7-day unused window (except duplicate/error or required by law).
• Accounts terminated for violating these Terms or the AUP (no refund of unused credits unless required by law).

When a refund completes: a full refund removes all song credits granted by that purchase. For a partial refund, the number removed is the pack's song quantity multiplied by the cumulative refunded amount divided by the original amount actually charged, rounded up to the next whole song. The same refund is never applied twice. For example, refunding half of a 10-song purchase removes 5 song credits; the remaining credits stay usable. If refunded credits were already used or reserved, the balance can become negative and must be covered before another generation. A refund does not cancel an already running task; its eventual success or failure still settles its reservation once.

Please contact us before opening a bank chargeback so we can fix billing errors faster.

Your content and license

You keep rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. We do not use your uploads to train third-party foundation models without your explicit consent.

Subject to these Terms and the AUP, AI-generated videos produced for you are for your personal use and posting. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before posting.

Acceptable use (summary)

You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, or prohibited AIGC uses. The six prohibited generation categories — pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (CSAM), deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement — plus reporting, moderation, and enforcement are detailed in the AUP. Violations may lead to the actions in Breach and termination below.

Breach and termination

These Terms apply while you use the service. We may, with or without prior notice where appropriate:

• warn you;
• delete or disable violating uploads or outputs;
• restrict features or refuse further generations;
• suspend or permanently terminate your account;
• deny refunds where termination is for your breach (unless law requires otherwise);
• report illegal activity to authorities when required.

We may also suspend or terminate for suspected fraud or as required by law. You may request account deletion anytime at support@getairap.com.

If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund unused prepaid song credits from eligible purchases where reasonably practicable.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI output can look wrong, fail, or be inaccurate. We are not liable for how third-party platforms treat your posts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, getairap’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase at issue in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes

We do not publish a governing jurisdiction on the site. Contact support@getairap.com for billing, refunds, and disputes. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be noted by email when we have your address. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
