getairap (“we,” “us”) provides AI lip-synced rap video generation. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) covers content you upload, prompts/instructions you submit, and videos we generate for you. Using the Service means you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Photos and other uploads
- Prompts / generation settings
- AI-generated audio and video outputs
- How you share or redistribute outputs
2. Content standards & prohibited categories
We prohibit generating the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW — sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit imagery or video
- Violence / gore — graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies serious harm
- Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any sexual or exploitative content involving anyone under 18; zero tolerance
- Deepfakes / impersonation — non-consensual face-swap, fabricated speech/actions, or deceptive impersonation of real people (see also upload consent rules in the Terms)
- Copyright / trademark infringement — outputs that copy protected works, logos, or brands you do not have rights to use
2.1 Zero tolerance (immediate action; may report to authorities)
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Terrorism, extremism, or mass-violence facilitation
- Instructions for weapons of mass destruction
- Incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual intimate deepfakes / nudification of real people
2.2 Uploads of real people
You may only upload your own photos, or photos of people who gave you clear permission. Permission to upload does not allow prohibited deepfake or NSFW uses above. No minors. No public figures without permission (see Terms).
2.3 Other prohibited conduct
- Passing AI output off as non-AI in a way meant to deceive
- Jailbreak or safety-bypass prompts
- Scraping, bulk abuse, reselling access without written approval
- Fraud, malware, phishing, or card-network abuse
3. Content moderation
Photo previews stay on your device until you sign in and submit a generation. Song-credit packs are available for purchase. Eligible credits may be used for generation, subject to the checks below.
3.1 Automated review
Submitted topics and photos are screened through SeeAPI before they are sent for generation. Generated lyrics are checked before video creation. A sampled frame review of the finished video runs before the private result is released.
Requests that a check rejects are stopped. Checks that require operator review pause the request until an authorized reviewer decides. Unavailable or invalid checks do not allow an unchecked video to be released. A failed or rejected request returns its reserved song credit; an unresolved request keeps that credit reserved while its status is checked.
Automated screening is limited and can miss prohibited content. It does not verify age, consent, identity, ownership or every frame of a video. Upload rules, operator review and the reporting process below still apply.
3.2 Human review
Reports and safety questions can be sent to support@getairap.com for operator review. Critical (L1) reports are prioritized.
3.3 Severity

4. Reporting
Report Policy violations, impersonation of you, or rights infringement to support@getairap.com with links/IDs and a short description. Reporter identity is kept confidential where lawful. False reports may themselves be actioned.
We aim for: L1 initial response within 2 hours / resolution within 24 hours; L2 within 24 hours / 3 business days; L3 within 3 / 7 business days; L4 within 5 / 15 business days (extended cases notified).
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history we may:
- Warn
- Remove or refuse content / jobs
- Restrict features or remaining credits
- Suspend the account
- Permanently ban
- Refuse refunds for breach-related purchases
- Report to authorities and cooperate with investigations
6. Appeals
Within 14 days of an enforcement notice, email support@getairap.com with “Appeal” in the subject. We aim to review within 10 business days, by someone other than the original decision-maker when staffing allows.
7. Updates
We may update this Policy; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update. Material changes will be noted on the site.
